RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping on SenecaSociety.com.  If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, if there are any defects or damage in shipping, please reach out to us at admin@senecasociety.com with an email description and photo of damage.  At our discretion, we will either ship you a new item or refund the purchase price less shipping costs. 

 

REFUNDS

Because Senecan Jewels, chocolate, and clothing are made to order, we can only accept returns and exchanges in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

If you request a refund, we may require you return the item to us via mail.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
